Product introduction:
The P43X series quick exhaust valve is in a barrel shape, and the valve trim includes stainless steel float, valve stem, and valve disc. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water distribution pipeline to remove air accumulated in the pipeline and improve the efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. When negative pressure is generated in the pipeline, this valve quickly sucks in external air to prevent damage to the pipeline due to negative pressure. When water is injected into the pipeline, the valve disc is in the open position for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the valve is filled with water, the float rises and drives the valve disc to close, stopping exhaust. When the water in the pipeline is transported normally, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level inside the valve drops, and the air is discharged through the small hole. When the water pump stops, the water flow in the pipe becomes empty or negative pressure is generated in the pipe. At this time, the plug is opened to suck in air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
