DRVZ damping check valve, HC42X series, A streamlined design is inside the valve used for the flow path and a flow guide body. It is mainly used on the outlet of water pump and other places to prevent of liquid’s back flow. And it can prevent effectively the pump from shocking produced by water hammer when liquid flows back and protect the safety of the pipeline, with silent close feature, which extends the duration. It is an ideal product for updating check valve.
DRVZ,HC42X silent check valve is composed of body, seat, guide, disc, bearing and spring. Because of internal flow channel streamlined design, small pressure loss, disc opening and closing stroke is very short, valve can be closed quickly when stopping the pump, to prevent a huge water hammer sound, forming a mute effect, it is mainly used for water supply, drainage, fire protection, hvac system, can be installed in the outlet of the pump, to prevent media backflow and water hammer damage to the pump.
The most important port is that all check valve only allows media to flow in one direction. Special attention should be paid to the flow direction of media, the normal flow direction of media should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of media will be cut off.

Product features:
The DRVZ type silent check valve is composed of parts such as valve body, valve seat, guide body, valve disc, bearing shell, and spring. The internal flow channel adopts a streamlined design, with extremely low pressure loss. The DRVZ silent check valve has a short valve disc opening and closing stroke, and the pump stopping opening and closing stroke is very short. When the pump is stopped, it can be quickly closed to prevent huge water hammer sounds and form a silent effect.
